What exactly is android?

Android is  the largest platform of mobile installed application and is growing faster every day. The android market is the most easiest platform to earn by online marketing. Every day millions of dollars is distributed to android developers for there android products.  Its a software bunch comprising not only operating system but also middle ware and key applications. It was developed by Google. It allows Android users to select, and download applications developed by third party developers and use them. Android applications are written in java programming language its available as open source for developers to develop applications which can be further used for selling in android market.

One among the good feature of Android is that it automatically backs up your contacts only if you have created a Google account or sign in with an existing one. The benefit of this is that if you lose your phone, all of your numbers will be retrieved back when the next time if you sign in with your Google Account. 

Google is constantly working on new versions of the Android software. Versions usually come with a numerical code and a name that’s so far been named after sweets running in alphabetical order.
